I was naturally delighted to have been asked to give my QR code presentation to FSB members at their regional office in Polegate, near Eastbourne in East Sussex on 25 April. Now I am very flattered. I was contacted today and asked if I could do another date because “tickets sold out within 3 hours”! So another date is on for more FSB members and non-members on the 24 May because people were turned away! If you are interested, the FSB telephone number is 01323 482018.

Logo Tweak

The Pearce Marketing logo has been tweaked.

It needed to be reshaped to fit into the profile picture spaces on social media sites such as Twitter and LinkedIn – and still be readable!

It also fits neatly with the new branding used for the mobile website. I hope you like it!

Mobile Website

I am really excited to have launched Pearce Marketing’s first mobile website and new main website in time for Christmas 2011!

You can now read my website on your smartphone without having to zoom in and scroll left and right to read the bits you are interested in. Much better!

Huge thanks to Adam and Jan at Lindon East in Eastbourne for their fabulous design work and technical know-how. Both sites have the same branding, but are tailored in their design and content to suit the PC/laptop or mobile device. I can quickly and easily update the sites within the same Content Management System.

You will automatically be directed to the right version of the site for the device you are using.

Clever stuff eh?! I would love to hear your thoughts on what you like and what you think could be improved – please contact me.

By 2013 it is estimated that more people will use their mobiles to get online than their computers.

So making it easy to navigate, read and buy online from your website via a smartphone is really important. If you are using QR codes, you need them to link through to mobile optimised pages for the best user experience and for you to get results!
