The aim of developing a marketing plan is to identify the best mix of tactics that will communicate your business’ unique selling points (USPs) to your target customers.
I can help your business
I have created marketing action plans for a diverse range of start-up and established small to medium sized companies (SMEs) serving business customers and/or consumers. They range from manufacturers selling across the UK to local farm shops – so I am sure I can help you. I have also helped some public sector organisations to operate more like SMEs.
Marketing action plan
The marketing plan will include a review of brand consistency, sales messages and the suggested marketing tactics. These vary for each customer but could include:
- online marketing/digital marketing – eg website, facebook advertising, QR codes, blippar
- email marketing campaigns
- exhibitions, speaking and networking
- direct marketing
- social media marketing eg facebook, twitter, linked in, blogs
- PR, brochures, livery, signage
- marketing support for resellers
- and more!
Ongoing help
I will write a marketing plan and then, unlike other marketing consultants, offer an outsourced marketing manager service to implement some or all of this plan for you. I work with your graphic and web designers or help you select them.
