About Us
Emma Pearce set up Pearce Marketing Consultants in 2008 to offer SMEs in East Sussex an affordable and flexible outsourced marketing service. Previously, she spent 14 years working in commercial marketing positions in the UK and overseas for large, international corporates.
Now, with more than a decade helping a diverse range of SMEs, Emma and her team have plenty of strategic and tactical marketing experience to support your business. This includes both B2B and B2C companies.
Emma is an approved traditional and digital marketing consultant in East Sussex for many schemes. For example, most recently the South East Business Boost and Manufacturing Growth Programme.
The team are based in an office located between Eastbourne and Hailsham in East Sussex.

Community Support
The Pearce Marketing Consultant team loves helping our local community.
For example, we raised lots of money for Now Charity! in East Sussex by completing the challenging Tough Mudder 13 mile course with 20 obstacles!
We’ve donated lots of food to the local Foodbank at Christmas for a number of years.
Pearce Marketing has given time to help the Eastbourne Borough Football Club’s Youth section with their email marketing and social media posts. Plus we sponsored the Under 9’s kit in 2018-2019.
Other smaller donations of marketing support and/or money have also been made to organisations such as Cancer Central, Save the Children and Dyslexia Awareness Week.
Plus we have thoroughly enjoyed supporting students with careers, business and marketing advice. We’ve attended events, provided workshops and given interviews and Q&A sessions at the local university campus, Hailsham Community College, East Sussex Careers Hub and the Bexhill Jobs & Apprenticeship Fair.
Finally, we also welcome work experience and intern students whenever possible.
