How does the marketing audit work?

It’s a simple process:

  1. We will send you a series of questions about your business and marketing activities which you answer and email to us (including your target market, customer profile, current marketing activities, data you hold, measurement and more)
  2. Upon receipt, we will review everything – sales messages, brand consistency, design, website and foundation search engine optimisation (SEO), social media etc.
  3. We arrange a date for a marketing audit workshop
  4. We meet and discuss all your marketing activities –  identifying improvements, additional marketing tactics that could be used and action points
  5. You can digest and discuss internally and then it will be time to deliver – with or without our help for some or all of it!

The time it takes will depend on the complexity of the business.
